Roger Ramsey, MedServe Chairman and CEO

Most recently prior to the MedShred and Enserv merger, Mr. Ramsey served as Chairman and CEO of MedShred, Inc. He founded and was the CEO of Allied Waste Industries ($5.5B, NYSE) and the co-founder and CFO of ($3.5B, NYSE) Browning Ferris Industries (BFI). Growth companies Mr. Ramsey has been previously associated with have raised over $12 billion in the national and international capital markets. Mr. Ramsey played important roles in taking three companies from start-up to multi-billion public corporations. Mr. Ramsey was a lead investor and Chairman of the Board of Criterion Group, Inc., a publicly owned, registered investment advisor that grew to more than $12 billion under management before its acquisition by Transamerica. Mr. Ramsey was co-founder and Vice Chairman of The Houstonian, a 23-acre luxury hotel, club, and spa complex with more than 2700 members. In addition to chairing the Board of MedShred, Mr. Ramsey also serves on the Boards of publicly held Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. (CRZO), WCA Waste Corporation (WCAA), and the Finance and Investment Committees of the Board of Trustees of Texas Christian University. Mr. Ramsey is a member of the Environmental Industries Association's Management Hall of Fame. Mr. Ramsey graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Commerce. |

Michael M. Fields, MedServe President and Enserv President

Most recently prior to the MedShred and Enserv merger, Mr. Fields served as Chairman of the Board of Managers, CEO and President of Enserv. Prior to founding Enserv in 2003, Mr. Fields was the founder of InteCon, an integration and consolidation consulting firm, where he was actively involved as a consultant in management, integration and consolidation for numerous companies from $10 million to $400 million in annual revenues. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Fields was Senior VP – Operations for Coach USA, a $1 billion revenue NYSE consolidation of the charter transportation industry. The previous 11 years, Mr. Fields served in several executive management positions with Browning Ferris Industries (BFI), a $6 billion revenue NYSE environmental services company. At BFI, Mr. Fields served as President of BFI Medical, a wholly-owned subsidiary that was later sold to Stericycle; President of BFI Services Group, President of BFI Transportation and President of BFI Pharmaceuticals. |

Michael Mamaux, MedServe Chief Financial Officer

Most recently prior to Medserve, Mr. Mamaux served as the Chief Financial Officer of Red Oak Capital Management, LLC, a private equity firm targeting oil and gas investment opportunities. Prior to Red Oak, Mr. Mamaux has participated in an executive management position in a number of start-up companies and industry consolidations. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Mamaux served as the Vice President and Controller for American Residential Services, Inc. a $500.0 million NYSE consolidation of the residential and commercial heating and air conditioning industry. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Mamaux served as assistant Corporate Controller of U.S. Delivery Systems, Inc. an NYSE consolidation of the “same day” courier industry. Mr. Mamaux was with Arthur Andersen, LLP from 1989 to 1994.

W. Steven Fields, MedServe Sr. VP & Chief Growth Officer

Mr. Fields served as Chief Growth Officer of Enserv prior to the merger with MedShred. Prior to founding Enserv, Mr. Fields (no relation to Michael M. Fields) most recently was VP – Media Marketing for Coach USA since 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Fields was the Senior VP – Marketing for BFI Medical. Mr. Fields also enjoyed over 20 years in various executive management positions in the healthcare industry. In 1998 The Institute of American EntrepreneursSM (sponsored by Ernst & Young, Inc. Magazine and Merrill-Lynch) chose Mr. Fields as "Entrepreneur of the Year”. He has also been elected to the American College of Hospital Administrators (1968), the American Academy of Medical Administrators (1969) and Hospital Financial Management Association (1967). Most recently, Mr. Fields was made a Fellow by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) in recognition of his 35 years of progressive healthcare business achievements. |

James G. Hortenstine, MedServe VP – Operations

Prior to the Enserv and MedShred merger, Mr. Hortenstine served as VP of Operations for Enserv. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Hortenstine held the position of District Manager with Allied Waste Industries (Allied Waste), a multi-billion dollar revenue NYSE traded solid waste company. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Hortenstine was the Regional Director of Operations for Coach, USA. Prior to 1998, Mr. Hortenstine held several operations-management positions with BFI, including Divisional VP of Operations and VP of Sales and Marketing for BFI Services Group. |

Carl A. Malmberg, MedServe VP- Environmental Health and Safety

Mr. Malmberg served as VP – Engineering/Compliance/ES&H for Enserv prior to the merger with MedShred. Prior to founding Enserv, Mr. Malmberg was in private investing from 1998 to 2003. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Malmberg was Vice President of Engineering Services for BFI Medical where he was invited by the EPA to assist in the development of the Clean Air Act for Medical Waste Combustors. Previously, Mr. Malmberg served in several managerial capacities in design, engineering and operation of complex industrial processing facilities. |

Dan W. Wesson, MedServe VP-Corporate Development and Treasurer

Mr. Wesson joined Enserv during its formation and assumed his current position after Enserv's merger with MedShred. Mr. Wesson is principally focused on acquisition development, risk management, and corporate treasury activities. Previously, Mr. Wesson held various positions at NetVersant Solutions, Inc. (NetVersant), a national consolidator of network infrastructure services. At NetVersant, Mr. Wesson played an integral role in the acquisition and integration of more than $150 million in revenue and acted as Controller in the successful turnaround of “troubled” subsidiary companies. Prior to joining NetVersant, Mr. Wesson was a Senior Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in its Assurance and Business Advisory group. While at PwC, Mr. Wesson performed various assurance and transaction services, with a focus on industry consolidation, for private and public clients ranging from start-up operations to multi-billion dollar corporations in the healthcare, energy, manufacturing and financial services industries. |

John Kenny, MedServe VP - Sales

Mr. Kenny has spent the past 25 years in the service industry—sales & marketing arena. In 1980 he joined Browning Ferris Industries, (BFI) and held the positions of Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager, which included Canada and Mexico. While at BFI, he co-authored a series of documents containing Best Practices information related to the sales process, many of which are industry standards today. Prior to Enserv, Mr. Kenny spent eight years as Senior Vice President of Sales for Loomis, Fargo & Co., a solution based organization providing armored transportation and cash management services to the financial and commercial industry. In 2000, Mr. Kenny was added to the board for the Center of Creative Selling at Baylor College in Waco, Texas where he works with the professors and the students developing the sales and marketing curriculum. |

John Warren, MedServe VP - Eastern Region

Mr. Warren serves as Regional Vice President - Eastern Region for MedServe, which encompasses five divisions within the central and eastern United States. Previously Mr. Warren served as General Manager and Vice President of Solid Waste Haulers and Coyote Land, a regional solid waste and landfill company. He also served as Vice President of Waste Management for the State of Louisiana. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Warren was President of the Eastern Division of Loomis, Fargo & Co., a cash management firm. Mr. Warren held several operations-management postions with both USA Waste Services and BFI, including Vice President Operations U.S., Regional Vice President - Western Region, Southwest VP of Marketing and Area VP for New Orleans.

Scott Logan, Envirosolve President

Mr. Logan serves as President of Envirosolve, MedServe’s hazardous waste division acquired in February 2006. Prior to founding Envirosolve in 1991 and serving as President and CEO, Logan formerly served from 1987 – 1991 as VP of Operations for a RCRA Part-B TSD Facility in Oklahoma. A former Senior Hydrologist with the State of Oklahoma Health Department (now Department of Environmental Quality), Logan is a seasoned executive in the hazardous waste industry with strong regulatory experience, including permit writing from an industry perspective and permit review and approval from the regulatory perspective. Entering the hazardous waste industry in its infancy, he participated in the first RCRA permits to be written in the state of Oklahoma for multiple refining facilities. Mr. Logan holds a BS in Geology from the University of Oklahoma (OU) and completed post-graduate work in the Master of Environmental Science program at Out's College of Civil Engineering and Environmental Science. Past President of the Oklahoma Hazardous Materials Association, Mr. Logan is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and a Registered Professional Geologist in the State of Arkansas. |
